Payment

On confirmation of traveling with us, you will need to complete the booking / registration form and send bank transfer for the amount of 50% of the total cost of the tour – as trip deposit. Bank details will be sent when trip is finalized. On receipt of the trip deposit, the detailed itinerary along with briefing notes and equipment checklist will be sent. Balance payment can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country.

(Please notethat on payments made by bank transfer, bank charges will have to be borne by the clients).

Refunds

We do not make any refunds if you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. There will not be refunds for any meals, accommodation and services not used.
